For over 20 years Randy Whitelaw has specialized in the design, placement, management, and restructure of corporate, trust, and individually owned life insurance. Randy is a Life Settlement Broker. As Managing Director for Life Settlement Partners, LLC (LSP), he manages the case design, Request for Proposal, and subsequent application and closing process.
Randy has a corporate finance background. He spent 15 years with a major bank holding company working in various commercial banking roles with public and larger private businesses. As Executive Vice President, he managed the ‘middle market’ business client group, which was responsible for the cross marketing of trust, investment, and life insurance services.
In 1985, he founded a corporate benefits consulting firm that works with public and larger private companies, particularly family business and the unique planning needs of its family group owners.
In 2002, he and Liz Colosimo, Esq., co-founded Trust Asset Consultants, LLC (TAC) to offer corporate and personal trustees ‘single source’ TOLI fiduciary risk management consulting services. Consistent with industry mandates to maximize TOLI restructure policy values, in 2003 he and Liz Colosimo launched Life Settlement Partners.
