Liz Colosimo is a Fiduciary Risk Management Consultant and Life Settlement Broker.

After more than a decade in the practice of law, followed by several years as a TOLI risk management consultant, Liz co-founded Trust Asset Consultants, LLC, to promote industry-wide awareness of fiduciary legal issues and to provide defensible, actuarially certified, risk evaluation tools for the TOLI market.

In 2003 Liz, and partner Randy Whitelaw, launched Life Settlement Partners, LLC (LSP). As Managing Director, Liz endeavors to offer LSP clients the most sophisticated life insurance restructure alternative available to date - Life Settlement. Through LSP, she accesses a wide range of established institutional life settlement providers on behalf of her clients. With full understanding and knowledge of specialty markets, Liz focuses on the placement of large death benefit policies that may be considered ‘exceptions’ under many provider guidelines. Liz’s clients include businesses (COLI), trustees (TOLI), charities, family-groups, and various professionals charged with the management of life insurance policy portfolios.

Liz holds degrees in Professional Nursing, Health and Hospital Administration, and Law. She is licensed to practice both Nursing and Law in the State of California. Additionally, Liz is a dedicated university educator specializing in the studies of Business Ethics, Law, Critical Thinking, Nursing, and Communications.
